Catalina 355 “Shell Belle”

On Deck
Everywhere you look on the 355, you'll find features that make sailing for the day or for extended periods a pure pleasure. Precise mainsail control is a snap with a 5' long traveler. Long, inboard genoa tracks accommodate headsails from a powerful 135% genoa to a storm jib, allowing a balanced sail plan for all wind conditions. The inboard shrouds and hardware facilitates tighter sheeting angles for upwind performance, and wide, unobstructed weather decks for safety.  Roller furling mainsail makes for easy reefing and sail control in heavy wind and with vertical battens, there is no performance sacrificed.  Electric up and down windlass makes spending a night in the hook a snap!

Down Below
Two cabin, one head layout with a converting salon table makes this 355 very comfortable for a family or two couples.  Air conditioning and reverse cycle heat at the dock will extend the cruising season and make sure that your whole crew is comfortable.  The four-leaf folding salon table converts from a coctail table to a dining table to a bed very easily.  The two private cabins both have real, innerspring mattresses which assure a good nights sleep for even the fair-weather cruisers.  On a rainy day in port you can also entertain your crew with two custom flat panel TV's with DVD, one in the salon and another in the forward cabin.
