Over 39′ LOA, Joint Venture is a big 37 that rivals most 40’s. Inside, the cherry interior and dura-leather off-white cushions give a rich yet light finish. The galley boasts two fridge/freezers (can be set to be either a fridge or freezer), an expanse of counter space and cabinet storage, oven, stove, microwave and a built-in, fan powered dish drying rack. The salon table converts from a smaller, coffee/entertaining table to a larger table for formal dining. The aft cabin in full beam with a queen size bed, sitting areas and split access to the head. The forward cabin has bench seating at the foot of the bed, hanging lockers, large bed and plenty of standing/changing area at the foot of the bed. Much more space than your typical “v-berth” cabin on a boat this size.
On deck the winches are within easy reach of the helm and the mainsheet is double-ended so it can be trimmed by crew on the cabin top or at the helm. The traveler is mounted on the stainless arch over the helm for effortless traveler adjustment and mainsail trim at the helm. Full electronics, roller furling mainsail and genoa, wide side decks and an electric windlass for anchoring. The transom drops down to make a large swim platform and allows easy access to the water or the dinghy. Bimini, dodger and connector piece will protect you from the elements.
Joint Venture is a stunning cruiser that offers by far the largest volume sailboat on the market under 40 feet. Available for charter from our Bay Harbor location.
