Master Cabin Cabinet
In the 2013 model this area was used for water tanks, which have now been relocated to the aft of the boat next to the fuel tanks. This improvement also takes the weight off the bridge deck and moves it lower and farther aft, which improves the motion of the boat. Interior of the cabin has a wood finish.
Aft Starboard Cabin Headliner and Hatch Redesign
In redesigning the aft cabin the headliner is now flush with the contour of the deck thus allowing much more head and elbow room around the bed. The cockpit hatch was angled into the aft cabin above the bed and is now flush in the cockpit seat producing much more room above the bed on the inboard side.
Three Cabin, Two Head Option
The forward starboard cabin can easily be configured as a third cabin or a combination second head/crew cabin. This redesign has a step that covers the toilet and a slide out panel to increase the length of the bed. This change also incorporates an additional window, allowing for more light.
Gemini Interior - Refined, Open, Comfortable
Gemini Exterior – Sleek, Functional, Stunning
The sleek, low profile, completely redesigned cockpit and spectacular performance of the new Gemini Legacy 35 is simply stunning. At 35 feet long and 14 feet wide she is the perfect size to fit in a standard slip. The Gemini provides the fast, level sailing of a catamaran without the dockage rates usually associated with catamarans. The 14 foot beam also means your Gemini can be trucked over land anywhere in the country and hauled out of the water in a standard size travel lift. One of the hallmarks of the Gemini design, since 1981, is the shallow draft. With a draft of just two foot, 10 inches, the new Legacy 35 has continued that tradition without compromising performance. Easily sailing at 1/2 to 3/4 of wind speed, the boat moves easily and quietly through the water. Under engine the twin Yanmar 15HP diesel engines offer great maneuverability and reliability. Under sail, the new rig offers a square top mainsail that captures the best wind in every condition and the lines all run to the cockpit mean ease of use that is the icing on the cake to this beautiful new design
